Master Scheduler - Oracle Primavera P6
100% Onsite - Richmond, KY
4-10s Schedule (Mon - Thu, 10 hr shifts)
Pay - around $60 - $70/hr
Brooksource is looking for an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) with experience scheduling in Oracle Primavera P6 to join one of our clients in the Defense space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), using Primavera P6.
- Work closely with the prime contractor and other subvendor to ensure schedule integration with the project IMS.
- Maintain the schedule baseline and incorporate schedule changes.
- Distribute weekly schedules to management including major milestones, portion activities, change control deliverables, and source processing deliverables.
- Meet with customers monthly to put together performance costs, ETCs, end-of-month schedules, etc.
- Perform Critical Path Analysis and work closely with the prime contractor to develop monthly project critical paths.
- Development and implement scheduling standards and procedures.
- Review monthly input to EVMS for quality/accuracy.
- Perform schedule risk analysis.
- Coordinate budget and scope changes with the Cost Analyst; verify cost and schedule integration.
- Communicate and translate between business and technical teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 6+ YOE scheduling with Oracle Primavera P6
- In depth knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Experience working with an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and/or resource-loaded schedules.
- Experience working with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL)s.
- Experience working on federal/government-affiliated contracts is a huge plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with variance analysis or cost analysis
- Experience with budget change authorization (BCA).
- Exposure to other scheduling/project management tools, such as Deltek Cobra or Microsoft Project.
Note: this client works on a 4/10s schedule, meaning you work four 10 hour shifts (Mondays – Thursdays) and have every Friday off.
